  2. I staRted week 1 felt great! But i have been doing WendleR before this. Was gAining strengTh. will it be to Much to incorporate doing Wendler after this Workout? Thanks ready to cruSh watermelons! 🤗

    1. Queen! My suggestion would be to go through the movements with hardly any weight while finishing your Wendlers. I wouldn’t do both at the same time. Give 100% to each. But nothing wrong with getting familiar with the movements etc. Lay the blue print!
