Different Program Levels

Each Thigh School Program comes in 3 options.  BEGINNER: 0-3 years weight training experience.  INTERMEDIATE: 3-5 years weight training experience.  ADVANCED: Minimum of 5+ years weight training experience.

Our Thigh School programs cover ALL BODY PARTS, upper body and lower body - but with a heavy emphasis on legs.

Whatever goal based Thigh School Program you choose (Muscle Gain, or Fat Loss), there is a Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced version. This allows us to provide challenging programming that is still appropriate for your level of experience, no matter who you are!

For Beginner and Intermediate lifters, there is a 3 and 4 day version to suit your training needs. 

And for Advanced lifters, there is a 3, 4 and 5 day version.

Each 20 week cycle is made up of 4 x programs (a phase). The programs are NOT randomly thrown together.  Each 4-6 week program is a progressive sequence that prepares you for harder programs later on in the 20 week cycle.

And it DOES NOT matter if you start halfway through a cycle (for example, on week 10), it's just a long term fatigue management strategy. So you can start at any time.

Our Thigh School programs are set up in a way to maximise time efficiency so you don’t have to spend 90+ mins per workout.   Our programs range from 45-60 minutes.

Why is the price for Thigh School so low? What's the catch?

There’s no up-sells and no catch. We wanted to create true no-brainer training and coaching programs for those who want our help to get results, and are willing to do the work.

What Programs can I choose from in Thigh School? 

We have 2 different options when you join Thigh School to help you get the results you want:

I'm new to lifting, is this right for me?

Yes. Our Thigh School programs are for people of all levels and ages. That's the beauty of Thigh School, you get to choose what level you're at, Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. There are Thigh School members who are just starting and others already competing on the world stage.

Will I get overwhelmed?

Not at all - we're here to hold your hand! We're available every day in our online KOmmunity to answer any questions you have. You can also upload videos of you doing a particular exercise and we'll give you feedback on your technique.

What if I want to change my Thigh School Goal, for example move from Muscle Gain to Fat Loss?

No problem at all!. All you need to do is email [email protected] by the Friday of the 7th week, and we'll change you over to your new Thigh School goal and program.

What if I want to change levels?

Again, no problem at all.  Just email us at [email protected] by the Friday of the 3rd week, and we'll change your Thigh School level for the upcoming month.

Do I have to sign a long term contract? How do I cancel?

No, there’s no long-term contract. You can easily cancel anytime after the first 8 weeks by emailing us at [email protected] Remember, we're all about results!!  So you need to give Thigh School a minimum of 8 weeks.  No refunds are given.
