A Stretch To Get More Depth In Your Squat

Having tight hips suck- 

I'm the literal worst at working on mobility. But doing this simple stretch 1-2x a week will help you open up your hips immensely and reach more depth in your squat. 

The important thing to focus on is making sure your your feet are outside of your shins.

Go slow and progressively work into a deeper range of motion. 

The important thing is focusing on staying limber as you get older!
